Pastor - Father Gary Kaiser

The Precious Blood Parish Council consists of 12 parishioners who are the consultative body for the Pastor in the management and operation of the parish.

The Parish Council meets monthly to review items pertaining to liturgy, finance, building and grounds, maintenance and other parish matters.

Parish Council members serve a three year term. Each year four parishioners are elected to the council to replace four current members who have served their three year term.

This Commission was created to foster and stimulate our ever-growing faith in our Lord Jesus Christ. This includes Mass, small group Bible Studies, the environment for worship, and other spiritual life and worship issues. The Commission meets once a month and is always open to new membership.

The School Board is an elected group of nine parish members who provide the parish with a representative body for identifying and articulating the educational needs and goals of the Catholic Community. It has become the basis for program objectives and policies for the school.

The Board implements the policies established by the Diocesan Office of Education and sets standards in the management of the parish school. The Board meets monthly in open session and hears formal suggestions concerning school policy. Interested persons are encouraged to attend.

Each year three members are up for election or re-election.

The purpose of the Finance Commission is to prepare an annual budget and to oversee the operation of the parish finances according to that budget.

The Commission meets monthly to review the requests for funds needed for Parish projects and determines the need with respect to parish finances.

The Commission meets annually with the Precious Blood School Board to review and approve the school budget.

This volunteer Committee oversees the maintenance and improvement of the buildings, walkways, playgrounds and lawns of the parish.

The Committee works closely with the facility manager in evaluating the requirements of the parish.

Persons interested in helping the Committee are encouraged to participate.
